Right now I'm suffering from a case of plantar fasciitis, and (based on some half-assed Googling) this might be
caused by bare-foot running (which I've been doing for a while now) or it might be
cured by barefoot running-- this reminds me of Homer Simpson's maxim about alcohol: "the cause of, and solution to, all of life's problems."

And there's your remedy.
This is why you need Vibram Five Fingers.
yes-- or it's why i DON'T need the vibram five fingers. but i'm going running today despite the pain, i read (on the internet-- so it's got to be true!) that you can train right through the plantar fasciitis . . .
and beer really does help.
your should probably just shave down your feet, the excess weight of your foothair is most likely the cause
i've got the vibrams...purchased after a heel injury...go get yourself some.
That's what she said.
really? how could those vibrams HELP a heel injury? it just doesn't make sense.
