A Sentence Request From My Wonderful Wife

My wife would like me to crowdsource this question, as we have an ever-so-slight difference in opinion: how much help should parents give their children on their homework?

Age also factors into this equation. Helping a first grader is lot different than helping a ninth grader.

Isn't the school supposed to teach them how to do their homework? I thought I only had to reach my son how to burp on demand or make fart noises with his armpit.

If by help, you mean check their answers for correctness and make sure everything is complete, and answer any questions they have, then I help alot.

that's no what i want to hear, al. if they pay attention at school, they should know how to do it. but i do agree with mel about the fast part.

I agree with Melanie too, but I wind up yelling at them like Rob and the word retard is not a stanger in our house.
